Day 5 of the Scarsdale Medical Diet
Breakfast: 1 cup of pineapple, 1 slice of Health Nut bread
Lunch: 1 cup of steamed spinach, 1 slice of Health Nut bread, 2 oz reduced fat cheddar, 2 oz reduced fat havarti
Dinner: 4.5 oz tuna, 1 tbsp light mayonnaise, 1 slice of Health Nut bread
Cardio: 15 minute run, 15 minutes elliptical
