Day 4 of Scarsdale Medical Diet
Breakfast: 1 slice Health Nut bread, 3/4 cup of fresh pineapple
Lunch: 1 slice Health Nut bread, 1 raw tomato, 3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 2 hard boiled eggs
Snack: 1/3 of a clif bar (starving and needed to work out)
Dinner: 5 oz chicken breast with 2 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray’s barbeque sauce, baby carrots
Cardio: 30 minutes elliptical intervals (resistance 6.0-10.0)
