Weight: 161.5 lbs
Day 2 of the Scarsdale Medical Diet.
Breakfast: 1 cup of pineapple, 1 slice of Health Nut bread
Lunch: 1 salad with romaine and 1/4 cup feta cheese, 8 small grilled shrimp
Dinner: 8 oz of 93% lean hamburger meat, 3 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tomato, 9 oz. of white wine
Cardio: 20 minutes on the elliptical of interval training (resistance 6 to 10).
Strength: Shoulder routine
Ok so maybe this was a variation on the Scarsdale diet. Sue me.
