Day 1 of the Scarsdale Medical Diet.
Breakfast: One cup of pineapple, 1 slice of Health Nut bread
Lunch: 10 slices of lean turkey meat, 1 tomato
Snack: 1 million baby carrots
Dinner: 15 steamed shrimp, 1/2 cup of brown rice, 2 roasted tomatoes
Cardio: Run on the beach (2 miles, 20 minutes)
